کوئی ثانی نہیں تیرے کردار کا
یہ فسوں ہے تری شریں گفتار کا
عمر بھر تیرے دشمن کی کاوش رہی
راستہ روک لے ایسے سردار کا
خوابِ اقبال پورا نہ جو کر سکے
ایک گھاؤ ہے یہ ننگی تلوار کا
ہر جتن کر لیا اُس ریاکار نے
اسپ بڑھتا رہا آگے سالار کا
ہو کے مجبور خم کر لیا اُس نے سر
سرخمی میں بھی تھا راز عیار کا
کٹ گیا اُس کی سازش سے بازو*مرا
روپ گہنا گیا سارے گلزار کا
لا الٰہ کا عَلم پھر بھی لہرا گیا
یہ جنوں تھا فرید اُس کے افکار کا
