پاک فوج کے شعبہ تعلقات عامہ (آئی ایس پی آر) کے مطابق پاکستان آرمی ایکٹ کی متعلقہ دفعات کے تحت لیفٹیننٹ جنرل (ر) فیض حمید کے خلاف فیلڈ جنرل کورٹ مارشل کی کارروائی 12 اگست 2024 کو شروع کی گئی۔ کورٹ مارشل کے اگلے مرحلے میں لیفٹیننٹ جنرل (ر) فیض حمید کو باضابطہ طور پر چارج شیٹ کر دیا گیا ہے۔
