بھارتی میڈیا کے مطابق متھن چکرورتی اپنی نئی فلم کی شوٹنگ سے فارغ ہوکر گھر واپس جارہے تھے کہ راستے میں انہیں بےچینی اور سینے میں تکلیف محسوس ہوئی جس کے بعد اداکار کو ایمرجنسی میں کولکتہ کے اسپتال لے جایا گیا۔
اسپتال کے ڈاکٹر نے بھارتی میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ متھن چکرورتی کا ایم آر آئی کرایا گیا ہے اور دیگر ٹیسٹ بھی کیے جا رہے ہیں۔
