Australia Supports US and UK Airstrikes Against Houthis in Yemen
Australia has expressed support for the military actions of the United States and the United Kingdom as they conducted over a dozen airstrikes against locations utilized by Iran-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen. The strikes, confirmed by US President Joe Biden, represent a substantial military response to the Houthis' ongoing campaign involving drone and missile attacks on commercial shipping in the Red Sea.
