Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, has stated that despite facing obstacles from the federal government, the economic situation in his province is better than that of the other three provinces.

Addressing a ceremony in Peshawar, he said, "We have provided the entire population with the Sehat Card Plus. Punjab's performance doesn't even come close to one percent of ours. I am ready to debate the performance with the Chief Minister of Punjab."

Gandapur further emphasized that despite challenging circumstances, the province managed to increase its revenue by 55%. He highlighted that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is the only province that has met the IMF's target, a feat no other province has accomplished. Additionally, he stated that the provincial government has a surplus of 176 billion rupees in the treasury. He also mentioned that just as Punjab is providing laptops to a certain percentage of students, his government will do the same for an equivalent percentage of students in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
