Faisal Mumtaz Rathore Takes Oath as Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir
Newly-elected Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, has officially taken the oath of office. The oath-taking ceremony was held at the President House, where the Speaker of the AJK Assembly, Chaudhry Latif Akbar, administered the oath to the new Prime Minister.
Prominent attendees included PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, Gilgit-Baltistan Governor Syed Mehdi Shah, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi.
Faisal Mumtaz Rathore was elected as the new Prime Minister of AJK following a successful no-confidence motion against Chaudhry Anwarul Haq in the Legislative Assembly yesterday.
