Israel Launches Strikes on Iran’s Nuclear and Missile Facilities; Tehran Pledges Strong Response
In a major escalation, Israeli forces launched targeted strikes on Iran’s nuclear infrastructure and missile production sites. According to international media, several key facilities were hit, although Iranian authorities insist the damage was limited. Tehran has vowed a powerful retaliation, stating that Israel will be held accountable for its actions.
The White House has reportedly attempted to distance itself from the operation, emphasizing that the United States was not involved in the planning or execution of the attacks.
Meanwhile, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer expressed grave concern over the developments, urging both sides to exercise restraint and avoid further escalation.
Global financial markets reacted immediately—oil prices surged, and stock markets experienced a sharp downturn. However, the nuclear watchdog confirmed there has been no increase in radiation levels at Iran’s Natanz facility.
In a bold claim, Israeli sources also reported the killing of three top Iranian military commanders, a move that further raises the stakes in the already volatile region.
