New SAARC Secretary-General Visits Nepalese President Ram Chandra Paudel
Md Golam Sarwar, the recently appointed Secretary-General of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC), paid a courtesy call on Nepalese President Ram Chandra Paudel at Rastrapati Bhawan, Sheetal Niwas. President Paudel reiterated Nepal's commitment to advancing the SAARC process as a founding member and current chair of the organization. He expressed hope that other SAARC member nations would contribute to the regional body's progress through cooperation and understanding. The visit aimed to strengthen regional ties and collaboration within the SAARC framework.
