Opposition Alliance Announces Boycott of National Security Committee Meeting
Allama Raja Nasir Abbas, Mahmood Khan Achakzai, Akhtar Mengal, and Sahibzada Hamid Raza will not attend the National Security Committee meeting. PTI has made its participation conditional on a meeting with its founder.
In an official statement, the political committee demanded that a delegation of the party leadership be allowed to meet the PTI founder. However, the committee has granted permission for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur to attend the meeting.
Earlier, Opposition Leader Omar Ayub had written a letter to the Speaker of the National Assembly, urging him to facilitate a meeting with the PTI founder.
