Pakistan Extends Humanitarian Support to Gaza: 4th Consignment of Relief Goods Arrives in Jordan
Against the backdrop of Israel's relentless ground and air strikes on Gaza, a specially arranged flight carrying the fourth consignment of relief goods from Pakistan has reached Jordan. This humanitarian effort, led by the people of Pakistan, aims to provide crucial aid to their brethren in the besieged Palestinian territory. The consignment, comprising 20 tonnes of medical and food items, underscores Pakistan's commitment to stand in solidarity with the people of Gaza during these challenging times. The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) announced the arrival of the relief flight in a post on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter). The flight was warmly received by Pakistan's Ambassador to Jordan and the Jordanian Chief of Air Staff, signifying the collaborative effort in providing essential support to the affected people of Gaza. The relief items will now be distributed to alleviate the hardships faced by those grappling with the impact of the conflict in the region.
