Prime Minister Recommends Joint Parliamentary Session on Madrassa Registration Bill
As talks continue between the coalition government and the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) over the controversial madrassa registration bill, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has recommended to President Asif Ali Zardari to convene a joint session of parliament on December 17, according to parliamentary sources.
