نادرا کے ڈپٹی اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر نجیب اللہ کو اسلام آباد سے اغوا کر لیا گیا، اغواء کا مقدمہ ان کے بھائی کی مدعیت میں درج کر لیا گیا۔
مدعی نے مقدمہ میں لکھا کہ نجیب اللہ رات گھر سے نکلے اور واپس نہیں آئے۔ صبح کال کر کے پشاور جانے کا بتایا، کچھ دیر بعد دوبارہ کال کرکے بتایا کہ پشاور ہوں، نجیب اللہ نے گھبرا کر کہا کہ مجھے کسی نے بٹھا لیا ہے۔
مدعی نے شک کا اظہار کیا کہ ان کے بھائی کو کسی نے اغوا کر لیا ہے، پولیس نے مقدمہ درج کر کے مغوی کی بازیابی کے لیے کارروائی شروع کر دی ہے۔
