PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Calls for Imran Khan’s Release
PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar extended Eid greetings to the nation, expressing sorrow that this is the third Eid Imran Khan is spending in jail. He stated that their celebrations remain incomplete without Khan’s release and prayed for his freedom before the next Eid.
He urged the public to remember the sacrifices of detained PTI leaders and workers. He also announced plans to unite opposition parties in a movement for Imran Khan’s release and the rule of law. Dismissing internal divisions, he emphasized party unity despite differences of opinion. Barrister Gohar reaffirmed Imran Khan’s full confidence in Ali Amin Gandapur, rejecting any propaganda against him. He also called on authorities not to further isolate the popular leader from the public.
