سابق ڈی جی آئی ایس آئی فیض حمید کو فیلڈ جنرل کورٹ مارشل سے 14 سال قیدِ سخت کی سزا
فیلڈ جنرل کورٹ مارشل (FGCM) نے سابق ڈی جی آئی ایس آئی لیفٹیننٹ جنرل (ر) فیض حمید کو 14 سال قید با مشقت کی سزا سنادی، اس حوالے سے فوج کے شعبۂ تعلقات عامہ (آئی ایس پی آر) نے جمعرات کے روز اپنا بیان جاری کیا۔
آئی ایس پی آر کے مطابق فیض حمید کے خلاف پاکستان آرمی ایکٹ کے تحت فیلڈ جنرل کورٹ مارشل کی کارروائی 12 اگست 2024 سے شروع ہوئی، جو 15 ماہ سے زائد عرصے تک جاری رہی۔ طویل قانونی عمل کے بعد عدالت نے آج اپنا فیصلہ سنایا۔
