اداکارہ ماہرہ خان نے پاکستان کی فلم اور ٹی وی انڈسٹری میں تنخواہوں کے عدم توازن اور باقاعدہ معاوضہ نظام کی کمی پر تشویش کا اظہار کیا ہے۔ انہوں نے یہ بات عید کے پہلے دن نشر ہونے والے پروگرام میں واسع چودھری کے ساتھ گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہی۔
اپنی آنے والی فلم "آگ لگے بستی میں" کی تشہیر کے دوران، جس میں وہ فہد مصطفی کے ہمراہ نظر آئیں گی، ماہرہ خان نے کہا کہ نئے اداکاروں کو انڈسٹری میں اپنے اخراجات پورے کرنا بھی مشکل ہو جاتا ہے، جبکہ سینئر فنکاروں کو مسلسل کام اور آمدنی کے مواقع ملتے رہتے ہیں۔
