New SAARC Secretary-General Visits Nepalese President Ram Chandra Paudel
Md Golam Sarwar, the recently appointed Secretary-General of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC), paid a courtesy call on Nepalese President Ram Chandra Paudel at Rastrapati Bhawan, Sheetal Niwas. President Paudel reiterated Nepal's commitment to advancing the SAARC process as a founding member and current chair of the organization. He expressed hope that other SAARC member nations would contribute to the regional body's progress through cooperation and understanding.
